This service is designed to free the business owner from all responsibilities regarding payroll tax payments and tax filings. America's Payroll, Inc. assumes full responsibility for timely filing and payment of all federal and state payroll related taxes. It also assumes full responsibility for any tax penalties resulting from any late payments or late filing.

America's Payroll, Inc., becomes the authorized agent of the employer for all payroll related maters. All letters, tax forms, and correspondence from the government will be handled directly by America's Payroll, Inc.
